Called Steve on a Saturday and he attended that afternoon to diagnise the problem. Very knowledgeable and reassuring.

I rang Steve Hastings to sort out a problem with the water not draining into the main drains from our kithen. It had been backing up and overflowing onto our drive for months. He came out out very quickly, jetted the pipework from the start of the blockage to the gully and cleared the system of sludge and debris. He also noticed that the pipe to the main sewer was breaking up, which could cause future problems. He was very quick diagnosing and sorting it out. Many thanks, I will gladly use him again.

Fantastic service! Called Saturday afternoon with a very bad blocked drain said he would be with me within the hour and he was early. Went straight to it no messing about and fixed in no time. Hosed everything down before leaving and double checked everything was working perfect. Fantastic guy would highly recommend!

I had a serious very bad drain blockage problem. I rang steve Hastings explained and they said someone will be there within the hour, 55mins later he was here, He looked and weighed up the task and got stuck in, 45mins later all done and dusted, I didn't catch his name but what a great guy he was A credit to the company. He did a fantastic job in including using the special camera to check all the drainage pipes, I 100% recommend the service with Steve Hastings company, Thankyou again.

Called about a blocked toilet drain this morning. Ryan turned up half an hour later, cleared the blockage & diagnosed a damaged pipe. 4 hours later it had been successfully re-lined & all was sorted. Great service!!
