Steve Hastings Drain Services offer a £20 fixed fee* for clearing drainage. This offer applies to any clearances done by hand. The fixed fee only applies if the engineer doesn’t have to use any equipment.

No charge will be made to the customer if the blockage is not cleared. Free CCTV inspections are also provided on all call outs we receive.

Prices may also vary outside of normal office hours. This includes weekends, after 5.00pm and Bank Holidays.

Steve Hastings Drain Services do not recognise insurance companies schedule of rates. These are dramatically reduced as the majority of insurance companies typically deal with large national drainage contractors. As these contractors are part of a larger company, they are able to offer a significant discount on the contract work undertaken.

Our company is a small family run business, which is why we cannot provide the same level of discounts. When we carry out work, we ensure that all due care and professionalism is carried out. Our team always fully stand by the workmanship provided.

It is your responsibility as a customer to know what you are liable for on your property and where your boundaries start and end.

If you are a homeowner and are unsure, visit your water supplier’s website for more information. As a tenant, you will need to seek a landlord’s permission to enable us to carry out work. If work is for a listed building, then planning permission may also be needed.
