I cannot thank Steve, of Steve Hastings Drains, for the speed in which Jay and Ryan were sent to remove a blockage in my toilet and drain. The manner in which Jay and Ryan worked was second to none always cheerful and polite, keeping me informed throughout and after much hard work the source was found and remedied. They cleaned and tidied up and left my home as if there had never been a problem.  I cannot recommend Steve Hastings Drains highly enough and would use them again.

Rang this company up this morning at 9am, I explained we are having work don on our drive and the digger had cracked the soil pipe causing a severe leak. Aaron was at my house by 11am and immediately started work, I cannot thank him enough for the speedy response, he was polite, courteous and nothing seemed too much trouble. Following a call to Steve I had a visit from Ryan the same day who quoted for the work (my neighbours were charged over double his estimate!). Unfortunately the work needed was far more extensive than initially thought but the team were fast and very efficient. Being a widow I often feel vulnerable but I was kept informed all the way of what needed doing and the cost which was totally reassuring. Steve, Ryan, Aaron and Chris all worked hard to get a nasty job well done. All guaranteed.

Hi everyone, I have recently had a really bad underground flood at my wife’s business. I do not trust a lot of people as I have been badly let down by various companies in the past, with this particular problem I decided after speaking with numerous companies to go with Steve Hastings Drain Services.
He sent his team led by a very knowledgeable guy called Aaron who worked tirelessly to sort the job out which included digging up the back of the building, finding where the problem was coming from, replacing with new piping, then putting it all back even better than before! Years ago in one of my clubs I had a bad underfloor leak and nobody could solve the problem correctly I wish I had known Steve Hastings then!
